We’re putting the final touches on a revamped and expanded version of our Dog Training Mini Course—and we can’t wait to share it with you!

Originally 17 pages, this course has grown into a comprehensive 25-page guide filled with even more tips, techniques, and insights to help you and your pup succeed. We’ve taken extra care to make the content more accessible, engaging, and valuable for dog owners at every stage.

Once the PDF is finalized, we’ll begin filming the video companion series, with each video walking you through a page of the course—making training even easier to follow and apply at home.

7/20/2025: 🎉 Big News from The Adaptive K9! 🎉

We’re expanding our services — and introducing *group classes!* 🐾✨

This week, we’re trialing a couple of small group sessions with current clients, focusing on one of the most requested skills: **neutral socialization** (a.k.a. existing calmly around other dogs without needing to say hi).

Soon, we’ll be offering **three types of group classes**:

**Drop-In Neutrality Classes**

These one-off sessions are open to everyone and focus solely on calm exposure and neutral behavior around other dogs, people, and environments. Perfect for reinforcing neutrality or testing where your dog is at without committing to a full program.

**Structured Group Class Packages**

These small group programs will run for 10 sessions, with a clear start and end point. We’ll focus on building neutrality and reliable obedience in real-life settings — from working together at my house, to pack walks in the park, to field trips in public. The end goal? Dogs working calmly and confidently side-by-side, no matter the distractions.

🐶 **Puppy-Only Social & Skills Class**

Designed just for puppies 12 weeks to 6 months old, this class will focus on early socialization, confidence building, and age-appropriate skills. A safe and structured environment for your puppy to learn how to navigate the world — and for you to get support during those crucial early months.

These classes will be small, 3-4 people max - this keeps a group setting, while still allowing me to work closely with everyone!
